I Have Forgotten My Password, What Should I Do?

If you have forgotten the password(s) for the email account(s) created with Rackhost, log in to the administration area on rackhost.uk. You will need the email address and user password provided when you ordered the service (if you accidentally forgot this as well, you can reset it). Once logged in, you can see the domain names we manage and for which mailboxes can be created in the Email Accounts menu in the admin interface. Select the Details option next to the relevant domain name!

A list of existing mailboxes will appear, allowing you to make the following changes:

Use the Change Password option to solve the problem of forgetting your password by setting a new one, but you can also modify other mailbox settings if needed.
