Follow the steps below to complete the setup successfully:
1. If you do not have an account set up, the built-in email client will display the application features. In this case, click Next to launch the email account setup wizard.
2. Enter your full email address and password, then click Next to continue.
3. Select the protocol you want to use to access your email account: IMAP or POP3. (We recommend using IMAP.)
4. Enter your username, password and mail server address.
-username: your full email address
-password: the password associated with the email address
–server: imap.rackhostmail.uk
-port: 143
4.1. If you want to use encryption, enter 993 for the port. We recommend STARTTLS encryption.
5. Set the outgoing mail server address to smtp.rackhostmail.uk. Set the encryption to STARTTLS, and use port 465, or 25 if you prefer without encryption. Then tick the box that says Login Details are Required and fill in the Username and Password fields.
