Set Up an Email Account on iOS Mobile Devices (iPhone, iPad)

1. In Settings, locate and open the Mail application. This is the default email client on iPhone and iPad devices.

2. Click on Accounts to add a new email account.

3. If you already have email accounts registered in the client, you can view them here. To add a new email account, click the Add Account button below!

4. Select the type of email account you wish to add. For a Rackhost email address, select Other at the bottom, then choose Add Email Account.

5. On the next page, enter your name, email address, password, and a description for the email address you want to display.

6. Next, select whether you want to set up an IMAP or POP3 account (IMAP is recommended by default), then enter the details of the incoming and outgoing mail servers as follows.

Incoming Mail Server:
-Hostname: imap.rackhostmail.com or pop3.rackhostmail.com
-Username: your full email address
-Password: the password associated with the email address

Outgoing Mail Server:
-Host name: smtp.rackhostmail.com
-Username: your full email address
-Password: the password associated with the email address

7. Click Next in the top right corner.
