Set Up Email Forwarding with Rackhost

To set up an email forwarding with Rackhost, select the email domain (e.g., example.uk) from which you want to create the forwarding in the Emails menu. Then, click on Details and then on the Settings tab!

On this page you will see the addresses associated with the selected email domain. To continue with creating the forwarding, select Mailbox Forwarding from the top menu bar.

The Mailbox Forwarding menu is used to track and delete previously created forwardings and to create new ones. Click on the New Mailbox Forwarding button, then follow the instructions!

In the first line of the pop-up window, specify the source mailbox from which emails will be forwarded, and in the second line, enter the destination mailbox. The source mailbox must be an email address within the selected domain, but it can also be a virtual email address without an actual mailbox. The destination mailbox specified in the second line can be any email address. To forward emails to multiple addresses, enter one email address per line in the Destination Mailbox field. If you’d like to keep a copy in the source mailbox, tick the corresponding box. Once your settings are complete, click Create!

If the forwarding was created successfully, a green Successfully Saved message will appear on the Mailbox Forwarding page, and the new forwarding will be listed. Here, you can track previously created forwardings, with the details of the source and destination mailboxes. The Rackhost system allows you to create an unlimited number of forwardings, add multiple destinations to a single source address, and associate multiple source addresses with a single destination. To delete a forwarding, select Delete on the forwarding line and click OK!
