You can easily create a new user account during any service ordering process. In the Account details step (the second step of the ordering process), you must provide an email address and password. When entering your email address, ensure it’s right, as we’ll send all important details about your order and account setup to this address. If the email is incorrect, we will not be able to send you any essential information. Once you’ve entered your data, you can proceed with your order.
Note: If you already have a Rackhost account, we recommend that you log in before placing a new order. This way you can manage all your services under a single account, so in the future you can avoid any potential issues like linking a web hosting service to a domain address.
After logging in, you can easily update your user details or request a new password if needed.
