Check domain availability

The first step is to check if the domain name you have chosen is available using the search engine on our website. If it is available, you can order the domain name immediately through our system. If the domain name you have chosen is already taken, we recommend adding words or characters that match your profile, or selecting a different domain ending (.com, .net, .org, …).
Order domain

In the case of a (.uk) domain, if the chosen name is available, the domain registration declaration must be validated and the registration fee paid after placing the order.
For international domains (.com, .net, .eu, .info, .org, …), the registration fee must be paid after data reconciliation following the order.

The speed of registration depends on the domain ending you choose. For .uk domains, the average registration time is 3 working days, while for international .com, .net, .eu, .info and .org domains it takes 24 hours.

Domain transfer process

Check domain availability

The first step is to check the status of the domain you wish to transfer using the search engine on our website. If the domain status is shown as taken, you can proceed with initiating the transfer here.
For international domains (.com, .net, .eu, .info, .org, ...), simply provide your information and pay the transfer fee to initiate the process.
Submit AUTH code

To transfer a domain, you will need to upload the domain owner’s details and the authorisation (AUTH) code, which the owner must request from the current registrar. This information should be entered through the admin interface in the domain ownership section. Once payment is completed, there are no further steps required to finalise the transfer.

What makes a good domain name?

The domain registration is done online, which allows an average registration time of 3 working days for .uk domains and 24 hours for international domains.

What is domain transfer?

If a domain is already taken but has been transferred to you by the current owner, or if you are the current owner and wish to change providers, you can transfer the domain. To initiate the transfer, use the domain search engine, just as you would when purchasing a domain. Enter the domain name you want to transfer into the search field and select "transfer."

Why is it necessary to provide owner details?

By ordering a domain, we do not reserve the chosen domain name yet, as the registration request will be sent to the central domain registrar only after the owner details have been provided. Without the ownership details, we do not know who is the domain's owner, so it cannot be registered. Therefore, please provide these details as soon as possible to speed up the domain reservation process!

Is it possible to renew domains automatically?

Automatic domain renewal is enabled by default, ensuring domains are automatically renewed using available credit balance before expiration. Alternatively, manual renewal is an option, with notifications provided prior to expiry for timely manual renewal.

Is it possible to forward the domain?

Yes, domain redirect can be useful in case of shortening URLs, moving a web page to a new address, or even preventing typos.

How can I update my domain settings?

Do you really need a domain name for a website?

Creating a website involves both domain registration and hosting. The domain name serves as the address where the website can be found, while web hosting is where the website's content is stored.

How can I monitor multiple domains at the same time?

To check the availability of multiple domain names, enter each name separated by spaces in the search box. If you omit the domain extensions, our system will automatically display the six most common TLDs along with their contact details in the results. Of course, these two methods can be combined.
